We expand the write scope gradually and carefully: for financial documents the "AI prepares, a person approves" model applies; for contacts the assistant writes directly — but audited and without deleting.
Snap a photo. MEFYS types it up
The other half of MEFYS AI works right inside the app: upload a received invoice or receipt, or snap it with your phone (PDF, JPG, PNG), and MEFYS extracts the supplier, amounts, VAT and line items by itself. The result is a draft of a received invoice awaiting your approval — with the original attached to the document, so you can always go back to it. You can upload several documents at once — MEFYS processes them as a batch and prepares a separate draft from each.
- Nothing is booked automatically — an extracted document is always just a draft that you review and approve.
- It double-checks itself — MEFYS verifies the supplier's company ID in the ARES register, re-checks the VAT maths and compares the total with the payment QR code on the document. If something doesn't add up, it flags it right on the draft.
- ISDOC free and unlimited — electronic invoices in the ISDOC format are imported instantly, precisely, and don't count towards your monthly quota.
Extraction is included in every plan: Start 20, Standard 50 and Business 150 documents a month; Free gets 3 documents to try out (one-off). Need more? A pack of +100 documents (non-expiring credit) can be added right in the app — on any plan, including Free. Safe by design
- Only with your permission — access is granted with a key that carries a role, ideally "read-only". The assistant sees exactly what you allow.
- Draft → approval model — for financial documents the AI prepares a draft; issuing and sending stays with you in the app.
- No deletion via AI — deleting a document through the assistant is not possible.
- Your data stays yours — in the EU, isolated from other companies, with encrypted transport and two-factor sign-in.
How to turn it on
- Have a plan with AI control — reading is available from Start; preparing invoice and quote drafts from Standard upward. (On Free a taster of 25 read queries/month.)
- Create an access key in Settings — in the "MCP / AI integration" section you generate a key, ideally with a read-only role.
- Connect the assistant — in your AI client (e.g. Claude) enter the address

Who it's for
For anyone who would rather type what they need than click through it — a sole trader who wants to ask "who owes me", or a company that lets the assistant prepare routine documents for approval. And since you can run MEFYS normally in the browser and mobile app, AI is a bonus, not a requirement.
