Yes — upload the document or snap a photo on your phone and MEFYS uses AI to extract the supplier, amounts, VAT and line items, then prepares a draft of a received invoice for your approval. Extraction is included in every plan (Start 20, Standard 50, Business 150 documents a month; Free 3 to try out, one-off); a pack of +100 documents (non-expiring credit) can be added right in the app on any plan, including Free. Electronic ISDOC invoices are imported free and unlimited.
Yes — every paid plan is 10% cheaper when billed annually. The toggle by the pricing shows both monthly and yearly prices.
No, the web invoice is on every plan including Free — and the custom look (logo, stamp, colours and document styling) is free on every plan too.
